- Customer onboarding details: name, business name, phone, email, links (website/socials/booking), images/logos you provide, and shipping address.
- Purchase details: product/plan, payment status, and transaction identifiers from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage data: basic logs necessary to operate and secure the Service (e.g., request timestamps, page hits, and technical information like browser type).
2. How we use information
- To build and host your tap profile page and program NFC cards.
- To ship your NFC cards and provide support.
- To process payments and prevent fraud/abuse.
- To maintain security, reliability, and performance of the Service.
3. Sharing of information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, for example:
- Payment processing: our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
- Shipping/fulfillment: carriers or fulfillment services to deliver your cards.
- Hosting/analytics: infrastructure providers that help run the website (logs and minimal technical data).
- Legal/safety: if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of QuickTapID and others.
4. Data retention
We retain customer and transaction information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
5. Your choices
- You can request updates to your profile content by contacting us.
- You can request deletion of your profile page when your subscription ends, subject to recordkeeping/legal requirements.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online system is 100% secure. Please use caution when sharing sensitive information online.
7. Children
Our Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
