1) Complete onboarding
Just finished checkout? Head here and submit your details.
2) Request a profile update
Need links/images updated? Send what to change and we’ll confirm.
- 1 change included every 3 months
- Extra changes: $10 each
3) Shipping questions
Cards ship after onboarding is submitted and your profile is built/programmed. If you’re in a rush, text us and we’ll prioritize if possible.
4) Replacement cards
Need extra cards or replacements?
- Replacement cards: $12 each
- Yearly plan: 2 free replacements per year

If you include these details, we can help immediately:
- Your name + the email you used at checkout
- Your preferred URL slug (example: quicktapid.com/yourname)
- Your booking link (or “Book Now” destination)
- Any link changes you want (copy/paste)
- Shipping name + address (if you haven’t onboarded yet)

How fast do I get my cards?
After checkout, complete onboarding. Once we have your details, we build your page, program your cards, and ship them. If you’re on a deadline, text us and we’ll try to help.
What if NFC is off?
Your profile still works as a normal link (quicktapid.com/yourname). You can share it by text, QR, DM, or anywhere.
Can I change my links later?
Yes. You get 1 included change every 3 months. Additional changes are $10 each.
Do you offer extra/replacement cards?
Yes. Replacement cards are $12 each. Yearly plans include 2 free replacement cards per year.
